This is our go-to sandwich place and usually the service is much better. The kid who took our order seemed like he'd rather be anywhere else. Did not try to upsell. Did not greet or smile. There was some brown lettuce on both our sandwiches. Chili was good. Will still return. Hopefully, this visit was just a glitch in the matrix.

I don't know what's in these subs , maybe crack, but they are SOOOOOOO GOOD!!! I am not even a sub person per say, but I actually crave Firehouse subs. My favorite go-to is the Turkey Bacon Ranch. Oh my lord I'm getting hungry for it just typin this! They are busy at this location but the wait is not long. The staff has always been really polite too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
